An Associates or Bachelors degree and coordination or management experience in a licensed childcare center or preschool is required.
The candidate must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, strong office skills and have a good understanding of age-appropriate activities for young children.

Responsibilities include:
o Overseeing preschool operations including human resources, quality assurance, and facility operations o Developing strong relationships with our families o Managing a budget o Complying with state childcare licensing regulations o Projecting a positive and upbeat attitude while working in a fast-paced environment o Demonstrating highly effective organizational, time management, and multitasking skills o Having a genuine love for children and a strong commitment to education The Goddard School offers:
