Aubrey High School Primary Purpose:
Maintain accurate attendance records for the campus.
Under close supervision, perform data entry and reports of attendance, field trips, truancy, parent notes, etc.

High school diploma or GED Special Knowledge/Skills:
Ability to use software to develop spreadsheets and databases, and do word processing Proficient in keyboarding and file maintenance Ability to meet established deadlines Major Responsibilities and Duties:
Records and Reports Collect and enter attendance data into established database and verify accuracy according to prescribed procedures.
Maintain student records and process requests for student absences.
Assist parents, students, and faculty with questions regarding student attendance.
Contact parents/guardians to verify student absences as needed and report attendance problems to designated administrator.
Compile, maintain, file, and distribute all reports, records, and other documents as required following established procedures.
Other Assist in campus office as needed.
Maintain confidentiality.
Follow district safety protocols and emergency procedures.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
