Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients.
Schedule appointments , get insurance breakdowns and maintain patient records.
Answer phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
Collect payments and process insurance claims.
Provide administrative support to Dental staff.
Ensure patient confidentiality.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
