Aubrey Animal Medical Center is looking for motivated and compassionate part-time or full-time Veterinary Technician(s); the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of veterinary care and be able to provide excellent customer service.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Assisting with veterinary procedures Preparing and administering medications, treatments, and diagnostic testing Taking patient histories and vital signs Cleaning and maintaining treatment areas Providing education and emotional support to clients Qualifications Strong customer service skills Excellent interpersonal skills and team work High school diploma or equivalent At least one year of experience in a veterinary setting preferred Position Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent At least one year of experience as a Veterinary Technician Must be able to lift and carry animals weighing over 40 lbs Display tact and diplomacy with staff members and clients Willing to complete Fear Free Certification (paid for by clinic) Job Type:
