D&D Sports Med is a key provider of therapy services in an Outpatient setting.
Position Overview:
The Front Desk Administrator ensures productive day-to-day workflow, excellent patient care experience, and smooth/efficient daily scheduling for all staff members.
Responsibilities Include:
Serves patients by greeting and helping them, scheduling appointments, and maintaining patient records.
Responsible for educating patients on the different programs that the clinic offers outside of therapy services.
Responsible for ensuring patients have completed intake paperwork prior to schedule appt.
Responsible for collecting self-pay, co-pays, and co-insurances (when applicable) at time of visit.
Responsible to ensure a great client and patient experience.
