Dental office experience is REQUIRED, and we're looking for individuals who want to grow and become successful with our practice! - This team member would answer phone calls from potential and existing patients to answer questions and schedule appointments for them.
- He/she will also greet patients with warm and friendly smile :
) and hand them papers to review and sign.
- They will handle simple card/cash transactions at the front desk.
- They will look up patient's insurance benefits and eligibility and enter all pertinent information in dental management software so that the patient will be ready to be seen before their appointment.
